Arrest Made in Chain Snatching Case
The Delhi Police announced on Wednesday that they have apprehended an individual involved in the chain snatching incident targeting R. Sudha, a Member of Parliament from Tamil Nadu, in the Chanakyapuri area.
On Monday, MP Sudha was out for her morning walk near the Tamil Nadu Bhavan when an unidentified motorcyclist snatched her gold chain, resulting in her clothes being torn and causing minor injuries to her.
In a post on the social media platform 'X', the Delhi Police stated, 'The case of the MP's chain snatching has been resolved. The suspect has been arrested, and the chain has been recovered. Further details will be shared in due course.'
